Registered in Beijing Zhongguancun High-tech Development Zone, CMSTC is a Joint-Venture subsidiary company of China International Electronics Service Co., Ltd. (CIES), which is an important component part of giant state-owned China Electronics Corporation (CEC).

CMSTC is an agent company of overseas advanced medical devices and accessories, and a partner of some overseas institutes working on drug's clinic R&D and data analysis. At the same time, CMSTC helps domestic medical device manufactories conduct global marketing practice and delivers overseas firms products' SFDA registry, technological consulting service and other business cooperation.
